Backgrounds to Impress the Obsessed - $40
Instructor: Melinda Doster
Melinda has been making playing again! This time you’ll be playing with Impression Obsessions Cover-A-Card Stamps, Mega Mounts and other images to create incredible background papers. Then you’ll use those papers to create various works of art. This will be a great class - full of laughter, fun and your own creativity. Melinda’s motto is “Creativity Generates Sanity.” Come join us as we step out of our day-to-day worlds and generate some sanity! This class runs from 10am to 3pm, with a one-hour lunch break from 12pm-1pm.

Bring: Basic Class Kit.

Morning or Afternoon Tea? - $22
Instructor: Melinda Doster
Do you and a friend or family member enjoy a jolly-good spot of tea? Then this is just the class for you! You'll use some of Rubber Stamp Tapestry's newest tea stamps sets to make a unique project - a tea bag holder and goody bag holder that join together to make a very attractive gift set. You will complete two sets. We'll also be adding an actual tea bag and a pastry to each set. So when you leave the class, you'll be able to give the gift immediately to a tea lover in your life. Come join in on the fun and laughter in a class where "creativity generates sanity!"

Christmas Iris Folding - $20

Debbie is back with some beautiful Christmas Iris Folding! You will make 3 cards in class.

Six cards with Hero Arts stamps, suitable for any occasion.

Bring: Basic Class Kit, Quickie Glue Pen, Copic markers - YG05, YG 23, YG25, Y38, BG13, RV25, RV29, E25, YR07, B04 or similar colors, Prismacolor or other colored pencils - Lt Umber (P941), Spring Green (P913), Kelly Green (P1096), Hot Pink (P993), and Yellowed Orange (P1002) or similar colors. Stamper's Alley Annual Stamper's Day
This is our fun day with Make ‘n’ Takes, demos, door prizes, and most of all… SALES!

Colorful Windows / Going Green - $40
Instructor: Melinda Doster
During the morning session, you’ll use Just For Fun's Faux Post Stamps and learn a simple technique for creating incredibly colorful "windows" to use on any type of greeting card. You'll have an opportunity to make finished cards as time permits. Or you can focus on the technique and make many "windows" to take home and use later on finished cards. Your choice. This is a technique you'll definitely want to add to your stamping repertoire.

Have you been saving lots of beautiful greeting cards sent to you over the years? During the afternoon session, you’ll use the same stamps/tool from the morning session, and will learn how to recycle those cards and turn them into unique cards that you can re-use. You’ll have lots of fun with this technique. You’ll have a chance to make finished cards, or you can focus on the technique and take home several creative pieces to later layer on finished cards. You can even use this technique to create unique scrapbook layouts with photos. If you are a scrapper, and want to bring a few photos to experiment with, please feel free to. Melinda will be happy to teach you how to use them.

“Creativity Generates Sanity” has become Melinda’s theme. So leave the insanity of the week behind you and join us as you recover your sanity through lots fun and colorful creativity.

This is a 5 hour class, with a one hour break for lunch.

Inky Antics Christmas Penguins - $25

It's that time of year again - time to get started on your Christmas cards. These adorable penguins are all dressed up and ready to help you with that. You will make 5 cards and a clear pillow box in this class.

Bring: Basic Class Kit, Sakura Stardust Glitter Pen and Quickie Glue Pen, Colored pencils or markers (Copics preferred) in gray red, green, yellow and blue (see sample board for colors), Gamsol and blending stumps(if you bring colored pencils).

Christmas Iris Folding - $20

Watercolor the Art Impressions Way "Winter Wonderland" - $25
Instructor: Rosemary Marino
Put on your mittens and join me in some snow-time fun! Watercolor a serene winter scene of a home in the wilderness and a second card with a house for our fine feathered friends. Brush up on your masking and positioning skills. Learn to use the liquid masking this time around. A good time guaranteed for all! Inks, palettes, and all papers supplied.

Bring: Basic Class Kit, stamp positioner, #3 OR #4, and #6 pointed round watercolor brushes, and a Masquepen.

CLASS POLICIES:

When you register for a class, you MUST pay at that time to reserve your seat. If you are not able to sign up in person, you may call in your registration and charge the class to a credit card. WE CAN NO LONGER MAKE EXCEPTIONS to this policy. It is unfair to hold a seat for someone who doesn't show up, thus denying a seat in the class to someone else. Refunds or credit toward another class will be given ONLY to those who cancel at least 72 hours in advance.

Should there be inclement weather, and Stamper's Alley and the instructor both agree that cancellation of a class is necessary, you will be called. PLEASE, make sure Stamper's Alley has a number where you may be reached. If the class is rescheduled and you are unable to attend, a refund will be given, or you may apply your class fee to another class.

A minimum number may be required to have a class. In the event that the minimum is not met, you will be notified at least 24 hours prior to the cancellation of the class.

Basic Class Kit: Scissors, X-acto knife and self-healing cutting mat, ruler, pencil, notepad, regular tape, double stick tape, markers, bone folder, stylus, waterbrush, stamp cleaner, cleaning pad or small cloth, and a small paper cutter (6" or 12"), 2-way glue pen.
